Snapseed is an excellent photo editing app, with an abundance of tools to make your photographs look their best. With so many tools to choose from, you can transform any picture into a work of art with this simple app.

Here's how you do it. Go to your app store and search "Snapseed", and find the icon with a green leaf on a white block - that's the one! Although it should be at the top already. While you're waiting to install, scroll through the app page for more information and user reviews.
Now that it's installed you can open the app, there is no login or sign up necessary – this app is for everyone. The app will ask permission to access your media files so that they can access the pictures you would like to edit – allow that, and you're in.
Before uploading a photo, you can look at "Insights" at the bottom of the screen, where some features of the app are displayed and explained. This is an accurate depiction of the gorgeous features you are about to access.
As the app says, "Tap anywhere" to pick a photo to edit. Once you tap on the screen, you will be taken to your photos (wherever they may be) to select the photograph you'd like to transform. Once you've selected your photo, scroll down to see the abundance of tools you can use in the editing process. Tools such as crop, colour, rotate, etc. Then a list of amazing filters. And then there is even a few "Face" tools - specifically chosen modifiers for facial features.
Now it's time to play around, explore and see what you're dealing with. Feel free to browse all the filters – you can just click the "x" button if you decide not to use it. Try out all of the different looks on your photos, and apply filter upon filter if you'd like. The filters are categorised into themes such as Grunge, Vintage, Black and White, etc. Inside those themes are multiple filters to choose from.
Have some fun and play around until you're happy with your final product!
During the editing process, you can choose to redo, undo, view edits and more if you'd like to make some process changes. Once you are done, you can share or save the photo on multiple platforms to show off your skills.
This editing app is such a fun and great quality photography and editing tool. The final product always looks incredible and you go from being an amateur photographer to a visual artist.
