Self-Care reminders are important in today's life, and that is where the 'Aloe' app comes in. The Aloe app is currently crowdfunding on Kickstarter in the hopes of sharing gentle self-reminders to the world. The creator of the app notes that there has been a significant interest in self-care, with "searches for the term hitting a five year high."
Aloe App breaks self-care down into three parts: physical, mental and emotional health with an easy-to-use three screen interface. The app gives users the chance to set up reminders, check-ins and even daily motivations to keep you going and keep up your well-being. With the Aloe app, users are prompt to answer some questions like "Who is one person who makes you happy?" and "What is one thing you’ll do for yourself tomorrow?"
The video shows you how the interface works and the app also allows users to send virtual flowers to one another, as well as tend to one another's garden and foster a great sense of positivity, encouragement and connection with others who are committed to better themselves.
