WhatsApp Messenger has updated its 'Delete for Everyone' that allows users to delete their sent messages within 68 minutes, compared to the previous 5 or 7 minutes.
The popular Interned-based messaging service rolled out Delete for Everyone in November last year. Deleting messages for everyone allows you to delete specific messages you have sent to either a group or an individual chat.
First spotted by WABetaInfo, the WhatsApp update tracking site, the extended deadline is live for WhatsApp Android beta version, a stable release for Android and iOS is expected to follow soon.
Last Month, WhatsApp had rolled out a new feature allowing YouTube videos directly inside the messaging app. The YouTube clip will play inside a small floating window on the WhatsApp chat that is open. This feature is only available for iOS users, There is no news as to when the feature will come to Android devices. To view a YouTube video on WhatsApp, users simply have to share or receive the URL in a chat and they will be able to see the play button in a bubble.
Earlier, when users click on the link, YouTube video would open in YouTube app installed on the smartphone. Be sure to keep an eye open for more updates.
